The results are in, and we would like to say congratulations to the winning neighborhood in the Norton Music Boosters Neighborhood Challenge! The East Loyal Oak neighborhoods, which include Houston, Wilbanks, Silver Springs, Rich, Carrillon, and part of Wadsworth roads, were the winners this year!
